Custom Jewelry with Care and Transparency

We want you to feel confident and supported when ordering custom jewelry with us. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, adjustments, and how we handle issues with care and fairness.

 

Custom Jewelry

At Celoray, most of our products are custom-made or personalized—crafted exclusively for you based on your specifications. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for custom items once production has begun or the final design has been approved.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your custom piece doesn’t meet your expectations due to design misunderstanding or sizing, we’re happy to offer adjustment or modification services. In such cases, you may return the item to us for alteration, with the cost of return shipping covered by the customer. We will evaluate the needed changes and advise you of any additional fees or timelines before proceeding.

Non-Custom Jewelry (Ready-Made Items)

If you purchase an item that is not custom-made, and it arrives damaged or defective.As a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, as per your legal rights.

To cancel the contract, you must notify us in writing with your order number and reason for return.

You must then return the item to us promptly in the condition you received it, at your own cost and risk.

Upon receiving the returned product in good condition, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our refund policy.

 

Please note: You are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. Failure to do so may result in us seeking compensation from you for any damage.
