Payment Terms
To ensure trust and clarity in every transaction, our ordering payment structure is as follows:
1. For orders under $1,500 USD – Full payment is required at the time of order.
2. For orders over $1,500 USD – New customers are required to pay a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipping.
Once your order details are confirmed, we will send you an official invoice outlining your payment plan and timelines.

Invoice & ordering Payment
Once your design or product details are confirmed, we’ll issue an invoice and provide payment instructions.
Production
Upon receiving full payment or deposit, your jewelry enters production. We’ll keep you updated through each stage.
Final Payment & Shipping
For orders with deposits, the balance is due before shipment. Once settled, we ship your order with tracking and insurance.
